Высокая частота эмбриональных и плодовых потерь обусловлена врожденными пороками развития (ВПР).
Значимый вклад ВПР в структуру причин младенческой смертности, заболеваемости и детской инвалидности
определяют их важное медицинское и социальное значение. Приводятся результаты собственного исследования по
влиянию полиморфизма гена ABCB1 на риск возникновения ВПР в российской популяции беременных.
