Статья посвящена актуальным вопросам коммуникаций врача и пациента в сложных ситуациях. Особое внимание уделено коммуникации с пациентами онкологического профиля. Представлены рекомендации по сообщению пациенту информации о диагнозе опасного для жизни заболевания. Описана тактика врача при проведении разговоров с пациентами, в отношении их сексуальных проблем, а также коммуникации с ЛГБТ-пациентами.
