CORRECTION OF MYOPIA AND HIGH-GRADE MYOPIC ASTIGMATISM WITH A PHAKIC INTRAOCULAR LENS (A CLINICAL CASE)

The presented clinical case describes a procedure to correct myopia and high-grade myopic
astigmatism with an Artiflex Artisan Toric phakic intraocular lens. This intraocular lens model has a number
of optical advantages, refractive predictability, the possibility of achieving high clinical and functional
results in the presence of preserved accommodation and a short rehabilitation period.
