Large joint endoprosthetic replacement in elderly patients

Femoral neck fracture in elderly patients is a serious problem of modern orthopedics. A different approach to the treatment tactics directly determines the prognosis for the patient. A number of patients are denied hospitalization, making reference to age and the risk of surgical treatment. In this pathology, hip joint replacement makes it possible to achieve the earliest possible activation of the patient and to reduce the risk of complications of concomitant diseases.
