Introduction. Malignant neoplasms of the reproductive system dominate the structure of cancer incidence in women in the Russian Federation. In the structure of oncogynecological diseases, uterine body cancer (UBC) leads the way. The purpose of the study: to analyze the dynamics of UBC incidence in the Omsk region in comparison with data for the Russian Federation for the period 2002–2018 to determine the priorities of cancer prevention.
