The article describes the main types of cognitive impairment encountered in the practice of a specialist of anti-ageing medicine, in particular, orthorexia nervosa, dismorphomania and body dysmorphic disorder. The questions of pathogenesis, early diagnosis. We offered modern ways of correction of cognitive disorders.
