In this article the results of studies on prevalence of cognitive disorders in patients with neurological diseases such as abnormalities of the lumbosacral discogenic sciatica, cerebrovascular accident due to traumatic brain injury or cerebral infarction. We evaluated the role of the development of cognitive disorders in the formation of the geriatric status and the worsening of the flow of neurological diseases such patients.
