The article presents the differential clinical and laboratory and instrumental diagnostics 262 children and adolescents with various forms of dwarfism, in particular patients with idiopathic short stature, pituitary dwarfism and hereditary syndromes, accompanied by dwarfism. Conducted comprehensive analysis of patients with dwarfism various etiologies, demonstrates the dominance of patients with growth hormone deficiency in children with the most severe forms of stunting.
