New pharmacological preparations, the main action of which is aimed at preventing and treating brain edema, by both normalizing vascular tissue permeability and reducing the impact of ischemia and hypoxia, by restoring microcirculation and normalizing vascular tone, are being intensively introduced into medical practice.
