The paper describes a clinical case of writer’s cramp that is a focal dystonia of the hand. Its diagnosis is based only on the analysis of its clinical picture that is assessed solely during clinical examination. Rehabilitation measures to hand movement recovery and a 2-year follow-up were made clearly controlling all the recommendations to be fulfilled. Positive therapy-induced changes were achieved.
