Бронхиальная астма и беременность

Особенности течения и лечения бронхиальной астмы (БА) в период беременности в последние десятилетия являются предметом пристального внимания исследователей. Физиологические изменения и характер лечения БА во время беременности определяют степень контролируемости заболевания, которая, в свою очередь, влияет и на частоту развития осложнений беременности и родов, и на состояние здоровья новорожденного. В представленном обзоре литературы проведен анализ последних публикаций, посвященных этому вопросу.
