Роль метформина в лечении пациентов пожилого возраста с сахарным диабетом типа 2 и коронавирусной инфекцией

Цель. Анализ факторов риска рецидива и тяжести атаки язвенного колита (ЯК). Материал и методы. Проведено ретроспективное исследование, включающее 315 медицинских карт пациентов с ЯК (167 карт стационарных и 148 карт амбулаторных больных). Результаты. У пациентов с рецидивом ЯК, потребовавшим госпитализации, наблюдались статистически значимо увеличенные продолжительность заболевания, частота обострений / обострений в анамнезе и применения биологических препаратов, более молодой возраст на момент дебюта ЯК, низкий статус текущего курения и курения в анамнезе в сравнении с пациентами в ремиссии. С тяжелым течением ЯК были ассоциированы следующие факторы: молодой возраст на момент дебюта ЯК, более низкий индекс массы тела, применение биологической терапии в анамнезе, наличие примеси крови в кале на момент госпитализации, более низкий уровень гемоглобина и альбумина, более высокие – скорость оседания эритроцитов и уровень С-реактивного белка, большая протяженность поражения кишечника и наличие глубоких язвенных дефектов слизистой оболочки толстой кишки. Заключение. Анализ факторов риска рецидива и тяжести атаки ЯК помогает персонализировать лечение, прогнозировать терапевтический ответ, оценивать вероятность побочных эффектов и оптимизировать раннюю диагностику риска рецидива и тяжелой атаки ЯК
