Лекция посвящена проблеме стрессовых расстройств и адресована врачам общей практики и студентам медицинских университетов. В ней описывается эпидемиология стресса, механизм его воздействия на структуры центральной нервной системы организма, факторы риска стресса. Освещается связь стрессовых расстройств с другими неинфекционными заболеваниями, как психическими, так и соматическими. Представлена информация о влиянии коронавирусной инфекции на формирование стрессовых расстройств в общей популяции и у медицинских работников, занятых оказанием медицинской помощи пациентам с COVID-19. Описывается синдром «выгорания» у врачей, его причины. Отдельно рассматривается меры профилактики стресса.
