Депрескрайбинг антигипертензивных препаратов – запланированный или ситуационный процесс отмены, замены и снижения дозы, адекватно контролируемый врачом. В связи со сложившейся эпидемиологической обстановкой наилучшим средством контроля пожилого пациента, подвергшегося депрескрайбингу, можно назвать eHealth и телемедицинский мониторинг. В данной статье рассмотрены базовые вопросы организации телемедицинского мониторинга пациентов с хронической сердечной недостаточностью и артериальной гипертензией.
