Артериальная гипертензия: возможные патогенетические механизмы хронической ишемии мозга

Артериальная гипертензия рассматривается как фактор риска развития хронической ишемии мозга, однако
причины этого явления остаются малоизученными. В этой связи обсуждаются роль и взаимодействие
симпатоадреналовой и ренин-ангиотензиновой систем организма в нарушении функции комплекса
«сосуд–глия–нейрон». В статье представлены факты, касающиеся особенностей адренергической регуляции
мозгового кровообращения, возможного участия адренорецепторов в когнитивных нарушениях и развитии
нейровоспаления. Рассматривается связь ангиотензина-2 с ремоделированием сосудистой стенки и проницаемостью
гематоэнцефалического барьера, активацией глиальных клеток. Приведенные данные обосновывают необходимость
изучения селективных агонистов α-, β-адренорецепторов и блокаторов АТ1-рецепторов для лечения пациентов с
нарушениями мозгового кровообращения.
