HEALTH LITERACY MATTERS: CONCEPT, CLASSIFICATION, METHODS OF ASSESSMENT

Patients with low health literacy face difficulties understanding medical information; they cannot adequately assess their health status and need to improve the latter. Therefore, it is necessary to develop measures to improve health literacy in the population.
