Современная концепция реабилитации пациенток с раком вульвы: основные тенденции и пути развития

Рак вульвы (РВ) – достаточно редкое злокачественное новообразование (ЗНО) женской половой системы. Однако в последние годы растет распространенность инфицирования вирусом папилломы человека среди женщин фертильного возраста, что повышает риск возникновения данной онкологической патологии. Лечение РВ, как и большинства других ЗНО, имеет радикальный характер и негативно влияет на все сферы жизни женщины. Хирургическое вмешательство значительно меняет анатомию наружных половых органов, что может приводить к серьезным психоэмоциональным расстройствам, включая тревогу, депрессию, непринятие образа собственного тела. Также частыми неблагоприятными последствиями лечения выступают лимфедема нижних конечностей, сексуальная дисфункция, социальная дезадаптация, что снижает общее качество жизни (КЖ). Для контроля перечисленных осложнений и улучшения КЖ необходимо свое-
временное внедрение комплексной персонифицированной реабилитации
в тактику ведения больных после радикального хирургического лечения РВ.
