В статье приведены современные данные о механизме развития гиперурикемии, ее влияния на различные органы и системы. Проведен анализ литературных данных о частоте и особенностях гиперурикемии у больных туберкулезом как до начала лечения, так и в процессе терапии. Также освещены возможные осложнения при длительной гиперурикемии и подходы к ее комплексному лечению при туберкулезе легких.
