К проблеме тромбоза глубоких вен нижних конечностей в послеоперационном периоде

Представлен обзор зарубежных литературных источников по проблеме постоперационного развития тромбоза глубоких вен нижних конечностей. Частота развития тромбоза глубоких вен нижних конечностей у пациентов, перенесших оперативное вмешательство, зависит от типа операции и факторов риска, которым подвержен больной. Наиболее вероятно развитие тромбозов после открытых операций на крупных сосудах, ортопедических и травматологических операций на конечностях. Немаловажное значение имеют показатели крови, наличие таких сопутствующих заболеваний, как артериальная гипертензия, гипертензия малого круга кровообращения, сахарный диабет, остеопороз и другие хронические заболевания. Важно грамотно принимать решение об оперативном вмешательстве с учетом всех факторов риска, которым подвержен больной, выбирая индивидуальный подход в профилактике послеоперационных тромбозов.
