Тревожно-компульсивные расстройства у подростков с головными болями. Коррекция и профилактика

Статья посвящена актуальной проблеме современной медицины – анализу ассоциации головных болей (ГБ) у подростков с наличием и выраженностью тревожно-компульсивных расстройств. Представлены сведения о распространенности, этиологии и клинических проявлениях первичных ГБ у детей и подростков. Дана характеристика компонентов психоэмоционального статуса – фобической тревожности и компульсивности. Приведены результаты собственного исследования, показавшего, что частые эпизоды ГБ ассоциированы с большей выраженностью компульсивных расстройств и фобической тревожности. Освещены подходы к коррекции тревожности и профилактике ее негативного влияния на возникновение ГБ. Подчеркнута необходимость дальнейших научных исследований в данном направлении.
