Реконструкция молочной железы с использованием аутологичных лоскутов при проведении комплексного/комбинированного лечения больных раком молочной железы

Реконструкция молочной железы (МЖ) с помощью аутологичных лоскутов является «золотым стандартом» в реконструктивно-пластической хирургии МЖ. Применение в реконструктивных операциях лоскутов передней брюшной стенки позволяет добиться наиболее естественного эстетического результата, так как консистенция тканей передней брюшной стенки аналогична таковой
в МЖ. При выборе метода реконструкции учитывается ряд факторов, таких как возраст, индекс массы тела, наличие сопутствующих заболеваний, анатомические особенности кровоснабжения донорской и реципиентной зоны, наличие
в анамнезе операций на органах брюшной полости, рубцовая деформация передней брюшной стенки.
Особое внимание уделяется влиянию послеоперационной лучевой терапии (ЛТ) на проведение аутологичной реконструкции МЖ. В настоящее время проводятся исследования, направленные на снижение частоты осложнений при выполнении аутологичной реконструкции МЖ, сокращение периода реабилитации и установление наиболее оптимальных сроков выполнения аутологичной реконструкции у больных раком МЖ при проведении комплексной/комбинированной терапии. Анализ источников литературы продемонстрировал сопоставимые показатели частоты осложнений и реопераций в группах пациентов, которым выполнялась послеоперационная ЛТ, и не выполнялась.
