Хирургическое лечение сахарного диабета типа 2. Когда мы можем рассчитывать на ремиссию?

Сахарный диабет типа 2 (СД2) и ожирение являются заболеваниями, представляющими угрозу общественному здравоохранению и ассоциирующиеся со значительной заболеваемостью и смертностью. Несмотря на изменение образа жизни и возможности консервативной терапии, тщательный контроль гликемии остается труднодостижимым у пациентов с СД, страдающих ожирением. В настоящее время в русскоязычной литературе практически отсутствуют исследования, посвященные длительной ремиссии после хирургического лечения СД2. Целью данного литературного обзора стала сравнительная оценка эффекта бариатрических операций в отношении ремиссии СД2 в отдаленные сроки. На основании представленных исследований можно сделать вывод о том, что бариатрическая хирургия является эффективным методом лечения СД2. В то же время отсутствует взаимосвязь между видом бариатрического вмешательства и фактом наступления ремиссии. У каждого из прооперированных пациентов отмечалось снижение избыточной массы тела и, как следствие, улучшение течения СД2. При этом пациенты, не достигшие ремиссии, отмечали улучшение качества жизни, ремиссию и (или) улучшение течения других заболеваний, связанных с ожирением.
