Функциональные соматические расстройства у подростков с различным онлайн-поведением (на примере Красноярска)

Проведен обзор сведений о наиболее распространенных функциональных соматических расстройствах (ФСР) в подростковых популяциях разных стран различных возрастно-половых и этнических групп. Даны определения и характеристики данных видов патологии. Включены результаты собственного исследования, показавшего частоту встречаемости, особенности структуры и коморбидных ассоциаций ряда ФСР (рецидивирующих цефалгий, болей в животе, спине, астенического синдрома) с видом онлайн-поведения и их более тесную взаимосвязь с неадаптивным и патологическим (интернет-зависимым) поведением подростков. Из 3135 обследованных подростков адаптивным пользованием интернетом характеризовались 51,0%, неадаптивным (НПИ) – 42,4%, патологическим (ППИ) – 6,7%. Авторы приходят к выводу о необходимости анализа особенностей пользования интернетом у подростков для ранней диагностики и профилактики ФСР, ассоциированных с дезадаптивными видами онлайн-поведения (НПИ и ППИ).
