Длительное голодание матери во время беременности как фактор развития сахарного диабета у ребенка

В статье освещается вопрос диабетической фетопатии новорожденных. Длительное интервальное голодание (недоедание) матери во время беременности приводит к необратимым изменениям в тканях плода (почки, главной мозг и др.) и, с большой вероятностью, к развитию разных патологии, в том числе сахарного диабета (СД). Нормализация потребления питательных веществ и увеличение порций недоедающим беременным, с одной стороны, являются благоприятным условием для роста плода, а с другой – уменьшают вероятность формирования кардиометаболических патологий у ребенка. Неправильное питание (ожирение или дефицит массы тела) и гестационный СД сопровождаются нарушением углеводного обмена с развитием гипергликемии у беременных, а также отрицательно влияют на развитие плода и его эмбриогенез.
