Профилактика инфекции области хирургического вмешательства в аспекте подготовки операционного поля

Цель исследования – изучить эффективность использования бритья, стрижки или депиляции кремом на месте операционного вмешательства
в качестве профилактики инфекции области хирургического вмешательства (ИОХВ). Проведен статистический анализ данных современных российских и иностранных литературных источников, а также последних научных работ в области предоперационной подготовки пациента
и профилактики возникновения ИОХВ. Развитие данной инфекции представляет из себя достаточно сложный процесс, который зависит от нескольких показателей, связанных непосредственно с пациентом и операционной средой. Одним из важнейших факторов является предоперационная подготовка, которая зависит от вида операции, индивидуальной реакции кожных покровов больного, а в некоторых случаях – от предпочтений самого больного. На основе результатов, полученных в ходе проведенного исследования, можно сделать вывод о том, что использование стрижки или крема для депиляции является лучшим способом предоперационной подготовки, чем стандартное бритье лезвием.
