Танцевальные практики как компонент геронтологических профилактических программ

С каждым годом в мире возрастает число людей пожилого возраста. Поиск безопасных и эффективных терапевтических методов и средств, улучшающих качество жизни людей данной возрастной категории, является важнейшей задачей геронтологии и гериатрии. Цель обзора – оценить возможность применения танцевальных практик в геронтологических программах. В обзоре представлены молекулярно-биологические и геропротективные эффекты танцевальных практик. Описано протективное влияние танцевальных практик на синтез половых гормонов, когнитивные функции, иммунитет, уровень стресса. Приведены данные о положительном воздействии танцев на состояние сердечно-сосудистой и нервной систем у пациентов старших возрастных групп с нейродегенеративными и сердечно-сосудистыми заболеваниями
