Структурированные программы ведения пациентов
с неалкогольной жировой
болезнью печени в работе
врача общей практики

Неалкогольная жировая болезнь печени (НАЖБП) является ведущей причиной хронических заболеваний печени, от которых страдают >25% мирового населения. НАЖБП ассоциируется со значительной заболеваемостью и смертностью от цирроза печени, гепатоцеллюлярной карциномы, сахарного диабета, сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний, что приводит к значительной нагрузке на здравоохранение, а также снижению качества жизни пациента. Согласно международным рекомендациям, изменение образа жизни с целью снижения массы тела остается вмешательством первой линии у пациентов с НАЖБП. В статье обобщаются научно обоснованные рекомендации по изменению образа жизни и клиническому ведению пациентов с НАЖБП.
