Статья посвящена актуальной теме – медицинской профилактике неинфекционных заболеваний (НИЗ). На основе анализа научной литературы дано описание факторов риска, их взаимосвязи и взаимовлияния, представлена трактовка этапов медицинской профилактики с примерами их реализации. В работе отражены стратегии медицинской профилактики и ее уровни, а также формы и методы работы. Подчеркнуто значение проведения своевременного скрининга НИЗ. Отмечается персональная роль врача в реализации эффективной медицинской профилактики.
