Капсулярная контрактура как осложнение эндопротезирования молочных желез после реконструктивно- пластических операций при раке молочной железы

К одному из наиболее частых осложнений после реконструктивно-пластических операций при раке молочной железы с применением силиконового эндопротеза относится формирование капсулярной контрактуры. Ее возникновение связано с ответной реакцией организма на инородное тело, что приводит к образованию фиброзной ткани вокруг имплантата. Впоследствии данное осложнение может привести к дискомфорту, болевому синдрому и неудовлетворительному эстетическому результату.
