Хроническая болезнь почек как провоспалительный синдром

Число пациентов с хронической болезнью почек (ХБП) в общей популяции неуклонно растет, что определяет актуальность изучения ее патогенетических механизмов. В настоящее время провоспалительный синдром при ХБП признан фактором, формирующим высокую сердечно-сосудистую заболеваемость и смертность у больных этой категории. Системное воспаление относят к нетрадиционным факторам кардиального риска, однако его роль при ХБП до конца не изучена, исследования в этом направлении продолжаются. Недостаточно изучено и влияние уремических токсинов в инициации и прогрессировании воспаления на различных стадиях ХБП. Авторами рассмотрены патофизиологические механизмы воспаления и его роль в формировании осложнений у больных ХБП, изложен современный взгляд на проблему развития осложнений ХБП как результата хронического системного воспаления. Изучение механизмов развития и диагностики системного воспаления позволит дифференцированно подходить к оценке кардиального риска и лечению больных ХБП. Исследования в этом направлении представляются крайне перспективными.
