Система компьютерного зрения для анализа обзорных рентгенограмм органов грудной клетки: возможности искусственного интеллекта в обнаружении патологических изменений и инородных тел

Цель – разработать эффективную систему компьютерного зрения для обнаружения признаков патологии и инородных тел бытового и медицинского происхождения на обзорных рентгенограммах (РГ) органов грудной клетки (ОГК). Материал и методы. Для построения модели использовался ансамбль сверточных искусственных нейронных сетей архитектур Inception V3, ResNet-50 и Global Average Pooling. Выходы со всех моделей объединялись в один вектор и использовались как вход для модели бустинга, в качестве которой применялась XGBoost модель. Для обучения и тестирования системы использовали 276 840 обезличенных обзорных РГ ОГК в прямой проекции. Результаты. Был разработан ряд моделей компьютерного зрения для анализа рентгенологических исследований легких. Для достижения удовлетворительного баланса между показателями точности предсказания эмпирическим путем был подобран порог принятия решения, равный 0,4. Такой баланс позволяет добиться снижения числа ложноотрицательных прогнозов модели и увеличение количества случаев, где подозревается наличие патологических изменений. Выводы. Разработанная модель компьютерного зрения может рассматриваться как эффективный ассистент рентгенолога при анализе РГ-снимков ОГК, позволяющая формировать список приоритетных изображений для немедленного и отсроченного анализа и описания.
