Диагностика туберкулеза у больных с терминальной стадией хронической болезни почек

В категории лиц с вторичным иммунодефицитом ежегодно растет число больных хронической болезнью почек (ХБП) в терминальной стадии. Заболеваемость и смертность от туберкулеза среди таких больных выше в десятки раз, чем в общей популяции. Диагностика туберкулеза у больных ХБП крайне сложна: манифестация туберкулезного процесса не имеет характерной клинико-рентгенологической картины, этиологическая верификация редко достигает 50%, а возможности иммунодиагностики туберкулеза изучены недостаточно.
