Неалкогольная жировая болезнь печени – факторы ее риска и она как фактор риска

Мировая распространенность неалкогольной жировой болезни печени (НАЖБП) составляет 25%, в Российской Федерации этот показатель значительно выше. НАЖБП тесно связана с ожирением, сахарным диабетом типа 2, метаболическим синдромом, сердечно-сосудистыми заболеваниями. У пациентов с НАЖБП значительно повышен риск развития цирроза, терминальной печеночной недостаточности, требующей трансплантации печени, и гепатоцеллюлярной карциномы, а также смертности (общей, кардиоваскулярной и гепатологической). Профилактика и лечение НАЖБП направлены на коррекцию модифицируемых факторов риска, в первую очередь, на снижение массы тела (на 7–10% от изначального показателя) за счет ежедневной физической активности умеренной интенсивности и гипокалорийной диетой.
