Представлены результаты оценки длины теломер как маркера биологического старения после желудочного шунтирования у пациентов с метаболическим синдромом. Отмечено, что после снижения массы тела длина теломер увеличилась во всех сравниваемых хирургических группах без статистически значимых различий.
