Предикторы ремиссии болезни Кушинга после транссфеноидальной эндоскопической аденомэктомии

В качестве оптимальных прогностических критериев ремиссии болезни Кушинга через 1 год после транссфеноидальной эндоскопической аденомэктомии могут использоваться результаты обследования на 2–3-и сутки после операции: уровень кортизола в сыворотке крови ≤388 нмоль/л – с 94,9% чувствительностью и 75,9% специфичностью – и содержание адренокортикотропного гормона в плазме крови ≤20 пг/мл – с 83,3% чувствительностью и 95,8% специфичностью.
