Среди причин болей в спине фасеточный синдром занимает одно из ведущих мест. Диагностировать болевой синдром позволяет комплексное клинико-диагностическое обследование, а купировать – целенаправленная и мультимодальная терапия, включающая нестероидные противовоспалительные препараты, блокады с местным анестетиком и кортикостероидом, а также радиочастотную денервацию и фасетопластику.
