Early diagnosis of microscopic polyangiitis is quite challenging for doctors of various specialties due to involvement of multiple organs and variety of clinical symptoms. Moreover, absence of classification criteria for this vasculitis also plays a significant role. A clinical case in female patient with late diagnosis of microscopic polyangiitis which was treated as flu, bronchitis and pneumonia is described in the article.
