Vasovagal syncope (VVS) is relatively widespread in the modern population. The study performed could establish the specific features of ultrasonic cardiac parameters in young men with a history of VVS concurrent with the development of syncope during tilt-test. They have proven to have physiological, but significantly smaller sizes of the left and right heart chambers than in tilt-negative men with no history of VVS.
