The clinical example is used to discuss the key problems of differential diagnosis of dyspnea in outpatient settings and the practical actions of a polyclinic physician. Emphasis is placed on the need for a comprehensive, multidisciplinary approach to making a diagnosis and determining a treatment option in patients with dyspnea.
