Medical activity is considered in the context of the ability to combine creative work, a scientific approach, and professional knowledge and skills. The knowledge of pediatricians and their skills to make prophylaxis can reduce the risk of diseases in their patients when they become adult and the knowledge and skills of therapists promote the better health of children born to the adults. Pieces of advice to physicians are formulated.
