Hyperdiagnosis of cerebrovascular disease in our country leads to inadequate therapy for the causes of dizziness. The most common cause of vestibular dizziness is benign paroxysmal positional vertigo treated by effective methods. Combination treatment for pain syndromes should be performed. Baclosan and Mesipol have been shown to be highly effective in treating vertebrogenic cervicalgia.
