Представлен первый в России случай успешного применения 8-недельного курса оригинальной безинтерфероновой комбинации ингибитора NS3/4A-протеазы III поколения glecaprevir/GLE и ингибитора NS5A-репликазы II поколения pibrentasvir/PIB в реальной клинической практике для лечения HCV-инфекции генотипа 3а с полным криоглобулинемическим синдромом и сопутствующей HBV-инфекцией у пациента с хронической болезнью почек С5д, получавшего лечение методом хронического гемодиализа после плановой двусторонней нефрэктомии по поводу поликистоза и ожидавшего пересадку донорской почки.
