Саркоматоидная трансформация возможна в 10–20% случаев почечноклеточного рака. Благоприятный исход хирургического лечения пациента во многом обеспечивается виртуальным планированием операции на основании 3-мерных (3D) моделей – мультипланарных изображений, полученных при мультиспиральной компьютерной томографии с контрастированием.
