Эффективные методы лечения больных с сердечной недостаточностью (СН) ишемической этиологии пока полностью не определены. Никорандил – мощное средство расширения коронарных сосудов, антиангинальное средство, потенциально эффективен в снижении смертности больных с СН ишемической этиологии.
