Представлено клиническое наблюдение разрыва аорты у беременной с системной красной волчанкой, протекавшего с преобладанием расстройств поведения и памяти. Отмечен относительно благоприятный исход; рассмотрены и перспективы хирургического лечения даже при протяженном расслаивании аорты.
