Оценен в эксперименте обеззараживающий эффект антипаразитарных растворов, используемых для санации брюшной полости при прорыве в нее эхинококковой кисты. Противорецидивная терапия альбендазолом в течение 2 мес в 2,3 раза снижала частоту развития абдоминального эхинококкоза у экспериментальных животных (χ2=5,47; р=0,019).
