НЕБЛАГОПРИЯТНЫЕ ПОБОЧНЫЕ РЕАКЦИИ НА ПРИЕМ БЕНЗОДИАЗЕПИНОВЫХ ТРАНКВИЛИЗАТОРОВ, В ЧАСТНОСТИ ПРИ ЛЕЧЕНИИ СИНДРОМА ОТМЕНЫ АЛКОГОЛЯ

Описаны механизм действия, классификация, эффекты, специфические и неспецифические неблагоприятные побочные реакции на прием бензодиазепиновых транквилизаторов (БТ). Рассмотрены побочные реакции, развивающиеся при лечении пациентов с синдромом отмены алкоголя. Побочные реакции на БТ развиваются у значительной части пациентов, преимущественно связаны с седативным действием препаратов и носят дозозависимый характер. В связи с этим актуально изучение факторов риска и биомаркеров, позволяющих прогнозировать развитие побочных реакций.
