Анализируется роль диетотерапии в лечении пациентов с неалкогольной жировой болезнью печени (НАЖБП). Согласно современным клиническим рекомендациям, диетотерапия и коррекция образа жизни являются базисной лечебной тактикой для пациентов с НАЖБП вне зависимости от клинической формы заболевания. Снижение массы тела на 7–10% – облигатное условие клинически значимого регресса некровоспалительных изменений в печени. Наилучший эффект при терапии НАЖБП достигается при сочетании гипокалорийной диеты с физическими упражнениями.
