Placental ingrowth is one of the most acute obstetric problems that have become increasingly important in recent years. Owing to the unidirectional work of the departments of a multidisciplinary hospital, high-tech assistance was provided to a patient with the severe and difficult-to-treat pathology and her reproductive function was preserved.
