Complications of diabetes mellitus in its concurrence with pulmonary tuberculosis

Complications of diabetes mellitus (DM) are observed in 80.7% of patients in whom DM is concurrent with tuberculosis. The complications of DM were more commonly observed in patients aged older than 50 years. The incidence of complications increased in parallel with the longer duration of DM.
